Do you offer leads?

While online leads are one way brokerages attract agents for sponsorship, we feel very strongly that Online Leads are one of the biggest “red herrings” that can distract real estate agents from building a strong business foundation with their own Sphere of Influence. Statistics show that the ratio of claimed online leads to closed transactions is a VERY low percentage. This means agents can spend far too much time and effort trying to convert online leads to clients, many of which (95% or more) never materialize in a successful real estate transaction. We feel Agents are much better off spending energy and effort nurturing their own database of contacts to encourage organic business growth and referrals. We will, however, distribute online leads derived from a given listing to the respective listing agent—so you know you are working the leads created by your own listings.
